What is Walk & Talk all about?
And even more important: what can it do for YOU?
Walk & Talk is basically a form of coaching/ mentoring, which takes place in the outdoors, while going for a walk.
My Walk & Talk offer is a short-term mentoring option for people who are seeking an external and neutral conversation partner for their issues – and don’t need an in depth psychotherapy. Nevertheless, I am a fully trained and certified psychodynamic psychotherapist, trauma therapist and art therapist and will therefore guide you on the basis of my expertise.
You also have the option to book a full day of Walk & Talk with me, which allows for a real deep dive, time for contemplation and gaining clarity on your first action steps.
What is so special about Walk & Talk?
Walk & Talk usually focuses on the here and now, and takes you into your own responsibility to take action and implement the discussed topics and the given advice, in order to get closer to your goals.
What you get from Walk & Talk is therefore not only the physical and psychological benefits, but also the healing power of nature itself – which on their own are tremendous.
Here are just some of the benefits listed for you:
- The release of endorphins (the “feel-good” hormones)
- Stress reduction and promotion of clear thinking through movement
- Calming of the nervous system

How much does a session cost?
One session costs 70€ and lasts 45mins.
You can also book double sessions (90 mins), which makes it even more effective – both physically and mentally – and it will give us plenty of time to talk.
There are also package deals available for you.
Or you can book a full Walk & Talk Day with me (11 am to 5 pm, incl. lunch), which allows for a real deep dive, penty of time for contemplation and working on your first action steps.
By the end of the day you will have gained plenty of insights and new clarity. Feel free to ask about your YOUnique offer, depending on the location and destination.
Quietcations
„Quietcation“ (= quiet vacation) is a new term for a vacation which is focused on experiencing peaceful moments, resting & nurturing your mental, physical and spiritual well-being.
When I first came across this term, I immediately thought ‚wow, that’s exactly what my YOUnique Journeys are all about!
